Cancellations
- You may cancel your order without questions up to 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

- Cancellations after the 6-hour window may not be possible due to supplier preparation and are non-refunded.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 24 hours after delivery if:
- The order was not delivered as requested (e.g., wrong product, late delivery).
- The product was damaged or of poor quality upon receipt.
